Concentrator
The concentrator is designed, manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with US/Eu/China GMP. The contacting parts are SS316L.
The surface of each heating chamber and evaporation chamber is filtered with fillet without dead angle. The weld is polished to RA ≤ 0.4um.
The concentrator adopts the external heating circulation and negative pressure evaporation mode, which has the advantages of fast evaporation speed, heavy concentration ratio and closed paste collection.
The concentrator adopts multi-effect simultaneous evaporation and the secondary steam is reused. It not only saves the investment of boiler, but also reduces energy consumption. Compared with other concentrators, the energy consumption is reduced by 70%.
The concentrator reduce pollution and leakage and is easy to clean and operate.
