High-Standard Cleanroom Project in Zhoushan
A high-standard cleanroom project—the cell laboratory purification, decoration, and renovation project in Zhoushan—has now been completed. The project was carried out in strict accordance with GMP specifications and biosafety requirements, implementing scientific zoning for the laboratory and production areas while establishing clear cleanliness levels, providing a high-quality environmental guarantee for cell product research, development, and manufacturing.
According to the design, for the laboratory clean areas, the aseptic room was constructed to Grade B standards to ensure high cleanliness in critical operating areas; the positive control room and microbiological limit room were constructed to Grade C to meet corresponding testing requirements. In the production area, the core cell preparation room was also built to Grade B standards, while other auxiliary areas were set to Grade C. In addition, to ensure the clean flow of personnel and materials, the laundry room was finished to Grade D standards.
Through precise grading and zoned control, this purification, decoration, and renovation project has established a comprehensive clean environment covering the entire chain—from core production to auxiliary support—laying a solid foundation for scientific research and industrial development in the fields of biomedicine and cell therapy in the Zhoushan region.
