Tunnel ovens washing machines are widely used in the sterilization and depyrogenation of vials & ampules in pharmaceutical industry. The equipment meets the requirements of US/Eu/China GMP and FDA 21CFR Part 11. The speed of stainless steel chain can be adjusted according to different requirements. Quartz glass tubes are selected as the heating elements, which has the characteristics of high radiation coefficient, low energy consumption and fast heating. The machine is equipped with air supply outlet and exhaust outlets, and butterfly valve to control the air volume. The temperature range can be set at 50-400 ℃. This machine is also equipped with digital temperature controller, motor governor and other electrical equipment to ensure the operation of the machine.
